Set the controller POT according to require vibration or replace the controller if required.
Product feed rate is less
Less vibrations Feeding Parts Alignment Product getting jammed in track plate
[1]Check gap, if required, set to approx. 1.8 to 2 mm.
Try to make it smooth so that tablets not jump.
Tablet must be traveled smoothly through feeding sector & insert in to the channel.

Check the rubber roller gap.
Maintain the gap 2 to 3 mm from track plate.
[1]Adjust the gap between track plate & guide plate according to product size[2].
Check vibrator controller setting & increase the vibration or change the controller if needed.
[1]Check product size.
Use only recommended product size mentioned in BF drawing.
Clean track plate with air in case of excessive powder deposition.
Check for broken tablets and sort out if necessary to remove all broken tablets.
[1]If product is capsule, check if it has absorbed moisture and has become sticky.
