Attachments

All the attachments are optional feature of Machine and supplied as per scope of supply confirmed while ordering the Machine.
Please refer only those attachments which are in your scope.
Brush box feeding (Optional)
Brush box feeding system[1]
Brush box feeding unit is used for special products that are difficult to feed with universal feeding system due to size and shape e.g. Curved tablet (Concave shape) / soft gelatin capsules etc.
[1]This unit fixed on guide plate and can be tilted about the pivot point to take out the product at the end of the batch.
Formed web passes below the box.
[1]This includes feed box (1) with up to 4 vertical & horizontal brushes.
These brushes driven by universal motor (2) and (3) and its speed can be controlled with speed controller provided on HMI.
Up to the Brush box, system is same as dedicated feeding system (Hopper, Linear vibrator etc.)
Capacitive sensor mounted in brush box senses the level of product in brush box and controls the vibrations of linear and rotary vibrator, which controls the product flow.
Products are feed into cavity by churning action of vertical & horizontal brushes.
