The Company also acknowledges that in view of the time and cost required in preparing any
publications or other media, In circumstances where this Agreement is terminated,
the Organizer may at its discretion continue to use the name, logo or any othsr material or
Information provided by the Company after termination ofthts Agreement, where the flme and/or cost
does not allow the Organizer to remove, delete or cover over such name, logo or other material or
information.
