Hi everyone, I'm translating a Certificate of Existence of South Carolina and the term I'm asking help on appears in the following sentence:
"...and that the company has not filed articles of termination as of the date hereof."
Context: the duration of the company is at will.
My try:
"...y, a la fecha del presente documento, la sociedad no ha radicado condiciones de disolución anticipada."

Debe ser una certificación del Registro de Comercio. En lugar de "radicar" prefiero "registrar".
