English to Spanish Marketing Finance (general) direct mail campaign

This is for a US bank who is trying to reach out to potential hispanic customers. They want to develop marketing copy that is "comforting and inviting" to their target customers.

I am struggling with the term "relationship manager". Wouldn't this just be "banquero personal", or is there an actual equivalent term in Spanish that would be instantly understood?
