Spanish to English Marketing Marketing

Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.

Sorry if there isn't much context but they are short answers to a survey. The survey has been given to several marketing departments of a hardware and software company.

Context is:
"¿Cómo podemos mejorar los materiales de apoyo para ventas para ayudarle a incrementar sus ventas/ingresos?
Las referencias son criticas y la CRDB todavia resulta poco fiable, debe segmentarse su responsabilidad por industrias a nivel global y crear Oficinas de Referencias en cada industria dotadas de recursos CUALIFICADOS que vigilen por su recoleccion, mantenimiento, difusion y vigencia. ESTO CADA DIA ES MAS CRITICO EN UN MUNDO CADA VEZ MAS GLOBAL Y MAS VERTICALIZADO. Al cliente de banca le importa saber que banco ha implementado la solucion que se le pretende vender y quiere hablar/contactar con la referencia. CADA VEZ MAS."
