I never seen this abbreviation before, so I just guess.
Most probably, if we talk about preparing the interval for running casing and about BHA design, used for this purpose, the good chance is there, they want to run a BHA with centralizers in combination with joints of DC.

: the device you mention is used for core sampling and in percussion drilling. In given context it is about reaming the interval prior to run CSG.
