Uma nota pessoal só para referir que "madrugar" não é "get up early" (que seria levantar-se cedo) , "madrugar" é levantar-se muito mas muito cedo, ao rair do dia, ou como diz o colega José Moreira "at sunrise" ou "at dawn" !

Acho que "at sunrise" ou "at dawn" é mais apropriado, porque se puser "early", está a dizer que ele "não tem de se levantar cedo", o que não deve ser verdade. Apenas não tem de madrugar...
