Source text - English 1.1 In Three (3) business days of the date hereof, upon the execution of this Term Sheet by Seller and Purchaser, Purchaser shall pay to Seller at the Seller’s Bank Account set forth in Article 11.3 hereof, the amount equal to y U.S. Dollars ($y) per each Aircraft as the security deposit for the purchase of all the Aircraft hereunder, by wire transfer of immediately available funds in U.S. Dollars (such amount, together with all amounts transferred pursuant to Articles 10.1 and 10.2, the “Security Deposit(s)”).
1.2 In Three (3) business days of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, upon the execution of such a Sale and Purchase Agreement by Seller and Purchaser, Purchaser shall pay to Seller at the Seller’s Bank Account an additional Security Deposit in the amount equal to z U.S. Dollars ($z) per each Aircraft, by wire transfer of immediately available funds in U.S. Dollars.
1.3 The Security Deposit shall be non-refundable to Purchaser and be credited as part of the Purchase Price of each Aircraft upon Delivery thereof, provided; it shall be refundable to Purchaser with no interest, upon the earlier of: (i) Seller did not obtain the approval from the board of directors of Seller for the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (which is subject to the approval regarding the asset disposition from the Tokyo District Court); (ii) Seller did not observe and perform its obligation in accordance with a Sale and Purchase Agreement for the reason of a default by Seller, (iii) a Total Loss of an Aircraft.
1.4 The Security Deposits shall serve to secure the Purchaser’s performance of its obligations hereunder, and shall be retained by Seller as liquidated damages in event of Purchaser’s non-performance of its obligation.

Через три (3) рабочих дня с даты, указанной выше, после исполнения настоящего Протокола о намерениях Продавцом и Покупателем, Покупатель должен заплатить Продавцу на Расчетный Счет Продавца, указанный в Статье 11.3 настоящего договора, сумму, равную y долларов США ($y) за каждый Самолет, в качестве страхового депозита для покупки всех Самолетов, указанных в настоящем договоре, путем банковского перевода с немедленным зачислением средств на счет в долларах США (эта сумма, а также другие суммы, переводимые в соответствии со Статьями 10.1 и 10.2 – «Страховой(-ые) депозит(-ы)»).

It was my pleasure to see you today in the rheumatology clinic.
You told me that you have recently traveled to Poland and Ukraine and, although there was hot weather, you were traveling in buses having cold air conditioners. You experienced pain in your knees to a point that you could not move and you took Naproxen. You did not appreciate any swelling. You occasionally get pain and swelling affecting the left middle and ring fingers, but Naproxen helped. This happens around twice a month.
On examination today, the middle MCP and PIP joints of the left, middle and ring fingers were tender, one of which was swollen. You did not have any tenderness around the knees.

• New data from the UK Humanitarian Response Insight Survey show that most adults (70%) described their personal connection to the UK as being "somewhat strong" or "very strong".
• Half of adults (52%) intend to live in the UK most of the time when they feel it is safe to return to Ukraine, mainly because there are more opportunities for work (60%).
• About a third (34%) of adults have changed address since coming to the UK, most commonly because they can now afford to live in their own accommodation without being hosted (25%).
• The majority of people are satisfied with the public services they have used; for those who have used English language courses (49%), the majority were “very or fairly satisfied” (86%).
• Of those who intend to move address within the UK in the next year (28%), about half (51%) would move within the same region they are currently living in.
• Over half (58%) of adults work in a different sector in the UK, compared with the sector in which they were working in Ukraine.
