El término que más aparece es Community Property pero no estoy segura…

Por favor, ayuda aclarando si aquí Community Property sería la traducción correcta.

Explanation:
"Ganaciales" means pertaining to the martial property regime. In this context, I would translate it as "community property".

Eileen's suggestion is also good, but I prefer "community property" because it is the term used in the USA for the same idea of property jointly owned by spouses and divided during divorce. See the reference links below.

  -> It does sound strange, but "community property" is a concept in US law meaning property jointly owned by a married couple. In other words, I wasn't the one who decided it should be called 'community' property
