Today, I translated several Instagram posts for an online retailer from Spanish to French. I had to make sure my translation was well-suited to the tone the brand was going for. I also worked on MTPE tasks from English to French for a big online retailer and technology provider. I'm very much looking forward to this week's other projects! Just finished a marketing translation for a top notch technology brand. 1 user Last Saturday I participated in workshops related to literature translation organised by Państwowy Instytut Wydawniczy. We discussed two short stories by John Gould. I really learnt a lot. What I find the most enriching, was translation of the word 'say' into Polish. The author really played with its meanings and it was quite a challenge to render his intentions in Polish. |
