According to the post many languages are on the edge of dying. Therefore, language policy at national level plays an important role. Everyday we can see that more and more foreign words enter our language. Everyday we can see that more and more foreign words enter our language. For example, in Mongolian language we have a lot of Russian words such as radio, conductor, avtobus etc. Since 1990s when English language has become popular it has become stylish to use English words by young people. Furthermore, in the streets you can see many English names or words such bar, karaoke, pub etc. I respect countries like Japan, Korea, Germany and many others which use only their languages on the labels and their products. They really want to keep their language clean. Of course, we may use sometimes foreign or borrowed words but we should strive for keeping our mother tongue clean.Collapse
