Ho un cliente romano (CAP 00182)che mi deve Euro 2.104,00 da 30 aprile scorso e che ormai non risponde più ai miei solleciti. Pare inevitabile che mi dovrò rivolgere ad uno studio legale/agenzia recupero crediti, magari nella stessa zona della città. Sarei grati di ricevere eventuali indicazioni, in merito, dai colleghi che abbiano qualche informazione ed/o esperienza da condividere. Eventualmente se preferite mi potete contattare in privato. I believe the US Embassy has a list of attorneys. I realize you don't need an English-speaking one, but maybe it's a place to start.

Ha provato l-Ingiunzione di pagamento europea? (https://e-justice.europa.eu/41/IT/european_payment_order?init=true) Forse puó comminciare con questa. Una nota da un avocato puó sembrare aver piú peso ma costerebbe.

Grazie Josephine, ma io mi trovo a Londra e, ahimè, qui non possiamo avvalerci della legislazione europea.

Tutto sommato penso che una nota di un avvocato sarebbe più efficace. Non vorrei sceglierne uno a caso dall'elenco telefonico.

Ho ingaggiato un avvocato a Roma e sono stato pagato. Ci è voluto un po' di tempo. Poi Proz ha bannato l'agenzia (che però continua a essere presente sul Blue Board)
