Source text - German Den Wunsch nach einem guten Klebbinder, um in der Weiterverarbeitung die komplette Leistungspalette einer modernen Druckerei anbieten zu können, hatte Bernd X schon längere Zeit. Als dann auch noch ein guter Kunde für einen wichtigen Auftrag eine perfekte Klebebindung verlangt, ist für Bernd X die Zeit gekommen, um sich ganz gezielt auf dem Markt umzuschauen. Mit dem bereits 15 Jahre alten vorhandenen Klebebinder ist die geforderte Qualität einfach nicht mehr zu leisten. „Ich wollte diesen Auftrag nur ungern an eine Buchbinderei vergeben, denn der Kunde hätte – bedingt durch Transport- und Produktionszeiten – deutlich länger auf die Auslieferung der Drucksachen warten müssen. Außerdem habe ich dann keinen Einfluss mehr auf die Qualität des fertigen Produkts“, begründet Bernd X seinen Entschluss für den Kauf eines neuen Klebebinders.
Translation - English Since long had Bernd X the desire for a good glue binder, so as to be able to offer the complete range of products for a modern printing press. As another good customer wanted a good adhesive binding for an important job, the time had come for Bernd X to look around, fully focusing on the market. With the existing, 15-year old glue binder, the demanded quality was simply not achievable any longer. “I only reluctantly wanted to give away this job to a bookbinder, because – due to constraints of transportation- and production-times – the customer would have clearly had to wait longer for the delivery of the printing jobs. Moreover, I no lonfer have any influence on the quality of the finished product”, Bernd X justifies his decision for the purchase of a new glue binder.
