Client Survey
The Maine Hunger Initiative is gathering information from food pantry recipients. We want to hear about your experiences with getting your food needs met. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential. There is no right or wrong answer to these questions and you may choose not to answer a question at any time. Your answers will not affect your ability to get food from the food pantry or other food assistance programs.
Here are a few background questions about you and your household.
