If you kindly know the system of scoring nowadays adopted in Syria, you may say "1st Semester Total Scores".

I am not sure what the Arabic مجموع means exactly, in the context of school grades; I guess it would mean "total"? If so, this would be different from "grade point average," which is the average grade after adding all the grades together and then dividing by the number of grades. Correct me if I am wrong.
