S mode for Windows 11

Hello Translators,
I bought a new laptop installed on it Windows 11 on S mode, the person who helped me purchase it highly recommended me to not switch out to S mode. Thus, I want to ask if S mode is good for my translation work or should I switch out of it?

If a client wants you to also deliver a TM, obviously you would need to use a cat. In S mode, that might be difficult. ▲ Collapse
