Creation of a PDF file when importing DOCX

Hi Everyone,

SP3 offers:

1.6 PDF synchronisation for MS Word via PDF viewer

1.7 PDF creation for MS Word and MS PowerPoint upon import

When I import a DOCX file I do not get a PDF. How come?

Hi Hans,

Did you check the PDF box in the import project dialog? It worked perfectly this morning.

I probably found the reason for the missing PDF myself:

4.1.2 PDF viewer for MS Word
PDF synchronisation is now available also for MS Word via PDF viewer. The corresponding PDF must be created via Transit during import.
Requirements:
- for the import Word 2007 must be available on the same computer since the PDF has to be created during import. Word 2007 access is not necessary for later processing... See more

I only have Office 2003 installed. Will install 2007 and check.
