Most accessible translation and subtitling software tools?

Dear All,

I work for a University in the UK and am currently in the process of creating information that is legally required for students about the accessibility of our tools used. I am NOT a language specialist in the slightest but am having difficulty finding any information on the accessibility of a number of software tools for translation and subtitling including Alchemy Catalyst, OmegaT, MemoQ, Wordfast pro and Trados Studio.

Does anybody on this forum have a accessibility requirements and uses these tools and have any advice on which is the best for accessibility or has anyone used these tools with students with disabilities or accessibility requirements?

I'm looking for things like customisable interfaces that allows a change in text and background contrast, zoom functions or anything else that may help.
