Thank you very much for the help and insight. I knew my profile was not fantastic but thought it was ok, and now, I realise it needs serious amendments! Maria gave us some very constructive comments, the hands-on 'analysis' of a few existing profiles was very helpful, and she made a point to answer the questions that came up.
