Certification manuals? Dec 2, 2015

In previous SDL trainings I was offered a link to the examination and the handbooks in my SDL account, togheter with a link to start the examination. This time, nevertheless, was different, and In my SDL account the option to the online examination and the manuals is not shown. What could be the problem?
