I did charge per hour for three WinAlign projects not long ago.
I was busy with a 90,000-long German>Spanish translation. And the client wanted some new TMs made - in Swedish, Dutch and French. I do read French well and understand the other two, so I accepted. No difficult task I must say - all about the same matter.

I work using WinAlign for an Italian agency , they did me the price of€18.oo by hour..which seemed good as the work was easy
