Hi,
How do you charge when typesetting? I mean how much per page? or is it per hour?

They vary from 7.50 (I believe more) to 20.00 USD per hour.

Take this tip. Whenever you need to know about the rates you should charge for first-time job, browse other translation companies and see their rates. This might help you much.

In my search, I saw one of them charging £45.00 (USD $79.00) for certain languages and $ 55 for other!

Your choice, my colleague.
The language combination is also an important factor here.
