Does anyone know banks in Europe that are issuing UnionPay cards?
Clearly VISA and MasterCard are unreliable companies as they act on political dictates and their decision to leave the Russian market proves it.

It is my understanding that they are simply complying with the law of the country that their company is in.

A bit of Googling tells me that Pecunpay does. Perhaps you can try it out and let us know.

Ha! yes? US law forces them to leave a market? I thought that the return to block policy was a matter of these companies, not of their government.
