I cannot give clear indications for AR>EN in Spain, but I can give you an idea for rates I have seen applied in France. if you do not think these rates apply, then just ignore that part. Someone familiar with rates in Spain will probably help more on that point. However, my general comments may be helpful.

In France, for FR>EN for a half day of up to 4 hours, upwards of 500€ is not unusual. For a full day, upwards of 800€ is quite common. You need to determine an hourly rate and multiply it by the number of hours. You may adjust up or down, taking various factors into account.
Things to take into account.
If a client is considering having you come from afar, it means you have a set of skills they cannot find close by. Occupational health/safety is a specialist area and you probably require specialist knowledge, including legal and employment terminology. If you have that, that makes you a specialist. I suggest that skill, plus your language combination, be reflected in your quote.
General remarks.
The information you provide is for a working day of nearly 10 hours. That is an extremely long day for interpreting. If it means interpreting for 8-9 hours with just a break for lunch, you might like to consider whether you are able to do a good job alone. For a full day, it is not unusual for there to be 2 interpreters working alternately alongside one another.
Costs.
Whatever hourly rate you quote, the client must pay for your travel and accommodation. Larger companies often have preferential rates with airlines through the volume of business they bring. I have found it practical to contact the client company to ask them to take care of travel and accommodation for me. Make sure that this is pre-paid so that you do not find yourself with a surprise bill to pay (for the travel or the hotel).
