I have been offered to work part time 4/5 hours to provide translation, proofreading and project management services. It is not an in-house position is only remote but they want me to establish a montly salary for said services. Any idea of salary range or remuneration package for this kind of position?

Just see how much you are capable of handling in 4/5 hours of working. That multiplied by your word rate will be your daily rate. Multiply this by the number of days you might work in a month taking into account whether you have to work all the days of the week or you can take Saturday and Sunday off.
