Better rates? Nov 2, 2014

So are these rates better than the ones quoted? Sorry but I can only see the last 10 posts.
These are the rates:
100% and Repetitions: 30%
95 - 99%: 30%
85 - 94%: 60%
75 - 84%: 60%
50 - 75%: 100%
No match: 100%
The problem may be that the agency decides which are matches and the % and you have to verify or haggle? Thank you.
