what do i do?

2 companies owe me some money. US based $15 and UK based $604. I have sent them a few emails asking about it, but no reply at all. I am thinking of faxing both of them tommorrow. But what do I do if I still don't get a response? The UK based has a good review on Proz, whereas US based has had a few point 3 ones.

Hi Azure,
May I suggest that you add your own reviews once you had a reaction (or none) to your faxes?

What you may also consider is sending a paper invoice, preferably by registered mails. While e-mail invoices may be convenient, it's sometimes better to have proof. (Whether it's worth the cost chasing the USD 15 payment is something only you can answer, but I'd think it's definitely worth a try for the larger amount.)
