Website translation rates - advice needed

Is the per word rate for translating a web site the same as for any other document? (~0.12 USD per target word).
Need advice urgently....

If you are using a CAT tool, then yes, it can be if you want it to be.

Yes, if you are provided with the files to translate, and they are in a text format.

If you also have to crawl the website to find them and download them yourself, and also if they are a format like flash where you have to take extra steps to harvest the text, you should charge for these tasks commensurate with your time and difficulty.
