For proper application of KudoZ rules, how many terms are there in this question: (teacher in the primary and junior grades in an urban school)

it depends on what you really need to know Mar 19, 2008

I think Maria's right in most cases, but it does depend on exactly what you want to know. If what you need is a translation of the exact type of teacher, you could even argue that it's it one single term - in this case the primary and secondary grades and urban school would all be descriptive of the type of teacher.
