Error opening target file (.docx)

Hi,
I have a problem opening the target file (.docx). It says that the content is corrupted or that the file name might include invalid characters. I am translating from Japanese to Spanish and the source file name is in Japanese. However, I cannot seem to be able to change the file name. Any ideas of how I might be able to solve this?
