Kyllä siellä kotisuomessa keksitään sitten hienoja sanoja, kuten "palveluistuminen". Google on oikeilla jäljillä kun ehdottaa "sitting service". Palvelukehitys olisi sanonut saman asian.

Aalto-yliopiston kannattaisi harkita kurssiohjelman laajentamista. Nimikin olisi jo valmiina: "Palvelullistamisen pullistaminen". Mikäli tulevaisuudessa löytyy käänteentekeviä innovaatioita, nimeksi sitten vaan "Palvelullistamisen pullistamisen mullistaminen".
