Source text - English I remember reading once that some fellows use language to conceal thought, but it's been my experience that a good many more use it instead of thought.
A businessman's conversation should be regulated by fewer and simpler rules than any other function of the human animal. They are:

Remember, too, that it's easier to look wise than to talk wisdom. Say less than the other fellow and listen more than you talk; for when a man's listening he isn't telling on himself and he's flattering the fellow who is. Give most men a good listener and most women enough note-paper and they'll tell all they know. Money talks -- but not unless its owner has a loose tongue, and then its remarks are always offensive. Poverty talks, too, but nobody wants to hear what it has to say.

لقد قام الدكتور-..........................................بإيضاح وشرح إلى أنا ........................................ طبيعة والغرض والهدف من زراعة وتركيب أو نيل نالتروكسين الممتد المفعول (الكبسولة المزروعة) والمخاطر والفوائد التي تنطوي عليها عملية الزرع والكبسولة. وقد تضمن الشرح مقارنة بين النالتروكسين المتعاطي عن طريق الفم وهو بديل يستمر لفترة أقصر والمزروع داخل الجسم . وقد تم تزويدي وإعطائي نسخة من المعلومات المخصصة للمريض من أو نيل نالتروكسين أستراليا وقد قمت بقراءتها وأفهم التالي على وجه الخصوص والتحديد:

3) الكبسولة لم تمر حتى ألان بكل الاختبارات المطولة التي تخضع لها عادة كل الأدوية المعروفة أثناء فترة أعدادها. ولهذا ومن هذا المنظور فأن الكبسولة تعد تجريبية.
4) ويتم زرع الكبسولة عادة من خلال فتح بسيط تحت تأثير مخدر موضعي.ونتيجة لهذا الأجراء فمن المحتمل أن أعاني من الشعور المؤقت بالخدر الخفيف أو الدوخة .
5) هناك بعض مخاطر العدوى الموضعية أو الالتهاب الموضعي في موضع الكبسولة وهناك أيضا مخاطر الإصابة بحساسية كرد فعل للكبسولة.
6) عادة ما تكون المضادات الحيوية كافية لأزاله العدوى من موضع الكبسولة ولكن إذا حدثت أية مخاطر من المخاطر المذكورة أعلاه برقم (5) ومن المحتمل أن تحدث لأسباب أخرى فقد يكون من الضروري التدخل الجراحي لأزاله الكبسولة .إذا حدث هذا فأن التدخل الجراحي لأزاله الكبسولة قد يترك أثر جرح قد يكون غير صغير.

xxxxxx contains the active ingredient isotretinoin.
xxxxxxxx is used to treat acne.
xxxxxx belongs to a group of medicines called retinoids, which are similar to Vitamin A.
The retinoids work by reducing the amount of the oily substance (ie sebum) made by glands in your skin, reducing bacteria, reducing inflammation and opening clogged pores.
There are many different types of medicines used to treat acne. xxxxx is used for more serious cases.
Your doctor, however, may have prescribed xxxxxx for another purpose.
Ask your doctor if you have any questions about why xxxxx has been prescribed for you.
This medicine is available only with a doctor’s prescription.
xxxxxx is not addictive.
Before you take xxxxxxxxx
When you must not take it
Do not take xxxxxx if:
1. you are pregnant, or for at least one month before you plan to fall pregnant If you fall pregnant while taking xxxxx there is an extremely high risk of having a baby that is severely deformed. You must use effective contraception for one month before, during and one month after treatment.
2. you are breastfeeding Breastfeeding must stop before treatment begins. Do not breastfeed while taking xxxxx.
3. you have had an allergic reaction to xxxxxxx, Vitamin A, other retinoids or any ingredients listed at the end of this leaflet
4. you are taking tetracycline antibiotics (such as Vibramycin®, Tetrex®, Doryx®, Achromycin®, Rondomycin®, Minomycin®)
5. you have kidney or liver disease
6. you have very high fat levels (cholesterol, triglycerides) in your blood
7. you have hypervitaminosis A
This is a condition caused by an excessive amount of Vitamin A in the diet.

The Australian component is being managed by the Australian Institute of Criminology. Your household has been randomly selected to take part in this survey. Only one person 16 years of age and older from each household will be interviewed.
This survey is part of an international project involving up to sixty countries. Its main purpose is to examine crime and community safety, and will include some questions about crime in your neighbourhood, your own experiences of such crimes as theft, burglary and assault. The information you provide will assist the United Nations to understand crime and community safety worldwide, and will assist Australians to better prevent crime in the future. Your participation in this survey is vital for understanding issues relating to crime and safety in Australia.
The information you provide will be treated in strict confidence, and there is no way you will be identified from your individual responses. The Privacy Act prohibits the release of information about individuals collected in this survey.
An interviewer from The Social Research Centre may telephone your number in the next week or so to talk to “the person aged 16 years or more whose birthday occurs next in the household”. Source text - English The Telecommunications Market
The Israeli telecommunications market may be characterized as such: for a population of 6.5 million, Israel has over 5 million fixed lines, over 6 million cellular subscribers, and a highly competitive market with four cellular operators – three of them with U.S. multi national firms holding majority equity. Israel is in the process of having their independent telecommunications regulator assume full responsibility for the entire telecommunications sector.
The Palestinian market is in its infancy: for a population of 3.2 million, it has one privately-owned and publicly-traded on the Palestine Securities Exchange fixed line operator (PALTEL ) with 260,000 fixed lines installed; and it has spun off a cellular company (JAWWAL ) which has over 310,000 subscribers. The Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology plays the role of the regulator.
The total Palestinian Authority market of revenue generating cellular subscribers today is around 770,000, JAWWAL has 40% of the market and has been losing market share to Israeli cellular operators during the past two years.
To an outsider, it may seem that this sector is peacefully coexisting in a competitive market despite the ongoing crisis, and may be regarded as a positive interaction. But this is absolutely not the case.
The Agreements
Just as Israeli tanks and gunships continue to militarily occupy and batter Palestinian cities and towns, there is another facet of this illegal Israeli occupation that is not apparent to the casual observer. Israel refuses to abide by the provisions in the Oslo Peace Accords which gave Palestinians full control over their telecommunications sector. This Israeli refusal is not a recent phenomenon, but deliberate disregard of agreements signed on the White House lawn.
The Israeli-Palestinian Interim Agreement on the West-Bank and Gaza Strip (better known as the Oslo Agreement) was signed on September 28, 1995. Article 36 was very clear as far as the telecommunications sector was concerned. It stated:
“Operators and providers of services, presently and in the future, in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip shall be required to obtain the necessary approvals from the Palestinian side.” (Article 36, Section B, Number 4)
The problem is that Israel is allowing its cellular operators to operate within the Palestinian cities and towns in clear violation of the Oslo Agreement and in blunt disregard to internationally recognized agreements, including the World Trade Organization treaties to which Israel is a signatory.
The Violations
The Oslo Agreement stipulation on the telecom sector is very clear. Any operator must be licensed by the Palestinian Authority if they desire to sell their services to the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Not only are all of the Israeli cellular companies illegally operating in Palestinian areas without licenses, but the Israeli government is encouraging them by disrupting the ability of the Palestinians to develop their own telecommunications networks and refusing to take action against these Israeli operators for violating agreements. The result is that these Israeli commercial interests are fully aligned with Israeli political concerns and the military occupation works in tandem with policies aimed at de-developing the Palestinian economy.
During this most recent four-year spike of Israeli military aggression, Israel refuses to allow the Palestinian cellular operator to import desperately needed equipment. Since all Palestinian imports must pass through Israeli ports, Israel has repeatedly used the infamous, all encompassing blanket excuse of ‘security concerns’ to delay or prohibit Palestinian imports. While the same equipment that is destined for Palestine is being held up at Israeli ports for ‘security checks’, Israel allows it to be freely imported by Israeli operators.
Furthermore, Israeli cellular operators have installed a comprehensive network covering the entire Palestinian area. These firms place their equipment inside the illegal Israeli settlements, under the pretext of serving the settlers, but in reality position their equipment and provide it with excess capacity to cover every Palestinian community. This is easily done given that the settlements are usually located on the hilltops next to Palestinian population centers and are well protected by Israel’s military occupation forces.
Furthermore, besides placing towers and equipment in settlements – and recently on contiguous Palestinian lands – these Israeli companies have flooded the Palestinian marketplace with pre-paid scratch cards to market their services. Capitalizing on the inability of the Palestinian Authority to regulate its market, the Israeli companies continue to dump their services in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The pricing schemes for these illegal services are structured in a way that directly threatens the Palestinian operators’ ability to survive. Faced with four illegal operators working without licenses and without any type of regulation – commercial, environmental, or otherwise – the Palestinian operator competes against tremendous odds.

يمكن تشخيص سوق الاتصالات الاسرائيلية كالتالى:- لتعداد سكان يبلغ 6.5مليون نسمة فان لدى اسرائيل اكثر من 5 ملايين خط أرضى ثابت,واكثر من 6 ملايين مشترك فى الخطوط الخلويةوسوق تنافس عالى المستوى فيه اربع شركات للخطوط الخلوية..ثلاثة من هذة الشركات تشترك مع مؤسسات امريكية متعدة الجنسيات قابضة على النصيب الاكبر. واسرائيل فى عملها للحصول على انظمة الاتصالات المستقلة بها تسعى للحصول على المسئولية الكاملة لقطاع الاتصالات.
ومازال السوق الفلسطينى فى مرحلة الطفولة:- لتعداد سكان يبلغ 3.2 مليون نسمة فهناك شركة واحدة لتشغيل بحمولة260,000(PALTEL) الخطوط الثابتة مملوكة لافراد ومطروحة اسهما للعامة فى البورصة الفلسطينية
والتى لديها اكثر من 310.000مشترك. (JAWWAL) الف خط ارضى ثابتوقد انبثقت من شركة خلوية
وتقوم وزارة الاتصالات والمعلومات التابعة للسلطة الفلسطينية بدور االمنظم.
(JAWWAL) واجمالى عائدات السلطة الفلسطينية من اشتراكات الهواتف الخلوية يبلغ اليوم حوالى 770.000
وتحصل الشركة على 40 بالمائة من السوق وهى تخسر بعض من حصتها للشركات الاسرائيلية على مدار العامين الماضيين.
بالنسبة للمراقب الخارجى قد يبدو الامران هذان القطاعان وكأنهما متعايشان فى سلام فى سوق تنافسى على الرغم من الاحداث الجاريةويمكن ان يعد تفاعلا ايجابيا. ولكن بالقطع ليست هذه هى الحال.
ألاتـــفاقـــات
بالمثل كما تستمر الدبابات والمدافع الاسرائيلية فى احتلال و تمزيق المدن والقرى الفلسطينية فهنال وجه آخر لهذا الاحتلال الاسرائيلى اللاشرعى غير ظاهرللملاحظ العادى. لإاسرائيل ترفض تنفذ قرارات اتفاقية أوسلو والتى اعطت الفلسطينين السيطرة الكاملة على قطاع الاتصالات الخاص بهم. وهذا الرفض الاسرائيلى ليس ظاهرة حديثة ولكن احتقار متعمد للاتفاقيات الموقعة فى أروقة البيت الابيض.
الاتفاق الاسرائيلى_الفلسطينى الحالى للضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة (والمعروف اكثر بأسم أتفاقية أوسلو) الموقع فى 28 سبتمبر 1995 . الذى جاء فيه البند 36 واضحا للغاية فيما يتعلق بقطاع الاتصالات . والذى نصه الاتى:-
"شركات تشيغل ومقدمى الخدمات حاليا وفى المستقبل فى الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة سيكونوا ملزمين بالحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من الجانب الفلسطينى." (البند36 الجزء ب رقم 4)
المشكلة ان أسرائيل تسمح لشركاتهاالخلوية بالعمل داخل المدن والقرى الفلسطينية فى انتهاك واضح لاتفاقية أوسلو وواحتقار صريح للاتفاقيات المعترف بها عالميا بما فى ذلك اتفاقيات منظمة التجارة العالمية الحرة والموقعة عليها اسرائيل.
ألانتـــــهاكات:-
نصوص اتفاقية اسلو بخصوص قطاع الاتصالات واضحة جد1. فإى من شركات التشغيل يجب ان يكون مرخصا له من قبل السلطه الفلسطينية اذا كان يرغب فى بيع خدماته للفلسطينين فى الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة.و لاتعمل فقط كل الشركات الخلوية الاسرائيلية بشكل غير قانونى فى المناطق الفلسطينية وبدون ترخيص بل ان الحكومة الاسرائلية تشجعهم بتمزيق قدرة الفلسطينين على تطوير شبكة الاتصالات الخاصة بهم وبرفضها اتخاذ اى اجراء ازاء هذة الشركات لانتهاكها الاتفاقيات. والنتيجة ان هذة المصالح التجارية الاسرائيلية فى اتحاد تام مع الاهتمامات السياسية الاسرائيلية والاحتلال العسكرى الذى يعمل فى تناغم هادفا إلى هدم الاقتصاد الفلسطينى. وخلال اربع سنوات من العدوان العسكرى الاسرائيلى المؤلم ترفض اسرائيل السماح لشركات الخلوى الفلسطينية استيراد أجهزة هم فى أمس الحاجة اليها. وحيــث ان كل الوردات الفلسطينية لابد وان تمرعبر المنافذ الاسرائيلية فالطالما استخدمت اسرائيل الغطاء الشامل الواسع المتذرع"بالاهتمامات الامنية" لتأخير او منع الوردات الفلسطينية. وبينما تحجب هذه الوردات الموجهة للفلسطينين فى المنافذ الاسرائيلية "للفحص الامنى" فان اسرائيل تسمح باستيرادها بحرية لشركات الهاتف الخلوى الاسرائيلية.
واكثر من هذا فأن شركات الهاتف الخلوى الاسرائيلية قد قامت بتركيب شبكة شاملة تغطى المناطق الفلسطينية كلها.
هذه المؤسسات تضع معدانهافى المستوطنات الاسرائيلية الغير شرعية تحت عذر خدمة المستوطنين ولكن فى الحقيقة فان وضع معداتهم وتزويدها بطاقة ضخمة يغطى كل المجتمعات الفلسطينية. وهذا يتم بسهولة حيــث ان المستوطنات االاسرائيلية غالبا ما تقع فوق التلال بجانب مراكز التجمعات السكانية الفلسطينية وتكون محمية بشكل جيد بقوات الاحتلال العسكرى الاسرائيلى.
واكثر من وضع الابراج والمعدات فى الجواروالمستوطنات واخيرا فى الاراضى الفلسطينية المنكوبة. فقد اغرقت الشركات الاسرائيلية الاسواق الفلسطينية بكروت الخدش المدفوعة مسبقا لتسويق خدماتهم. غانمين من عدم قدرة السلطة الفلسطينية على تنظيم السوق الخاص بها فان الشركات الاسرائيلية مستمرة فى القاء خدماتها فى الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة. وأنظمة الاسعار فى هذه الخدمات الغير قانونية مصمم بطريقة تهدد مباشرة مقدرةالشركات الفلسطينية على الاستمرار.وفى مواجهة اربع شركات غير قانونية تعمل بدون ترخيص وبدون اى نوع من القواعد سواء قواعد تجارية او بيئية او خلاف ذلك.فان الشركات الفلسطينية تتنافس مع عقبات ضخام.
