Translation - English We are looking for a dynamic and service-minded technician for our technical support department.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide variety of functions, such as:
- Reparation and maintenance of programmable, industrial thermo transfer printers
- Provide quality support to our global organisation. Both by phone as well as by e-mail.
- Visiting customers around the world – both to solve urgent technical problems but also to provide technical consultant support during the sales process.
- Training other technicians from our partners and subsidiary companies
- You will participate in many diverse projects, and every working day will be unique.
We are looking for an employee with the following qualifications:
- You have a relevant technical education, such as electronics technician
- Experience with both electronics and mechanics
- Preferably experience from the packaging and wrapping industry
- You have good communication skills, while a strong command of English is a requirement.
