Tekst źródłowy - angielski Winters used to be cold in England. We, my parents especially, spent them watching the wrestling. The wrestling they watched on their black-and-white television sets on Saturday afternoons represented a brief intrusion of life and colour in their otherwise monochrome lives. Their work overalls were faded, the sofa cover—unchanged for years—was faded, their memories of the people they had been before coming to England were fading too. My parents, their whole generation, treadmilled away the best years of their lives toiling in factories for shoddy paypackets. A life of drudgery, of deformed spines, of chronic arthritis, of severed hands. They bit their lips and put up with the pain. They had no option but to. In their minds they tried to switch off—to ignore the slights of co-workers, not to bridle against the glib cackling of foremen, and, in the case of Indian women, not to fret when they were slapped about by their husbands. Put up with the pain, they told themselves, deal with the pain—the shooting pains up the arms, the corroded hip joints, the back seizures from leaning over sewing machines for too many years, the callused knuckles from handwashing clothes, the rheumy knees from scrubbing the kitchen floor with their husbands' used underpants.
When my parents sat down to watch the wrestling on Saturday afternoons, milky cardamon tea in hand, they wanted to be entertained, they wanted a laugh. But they also wanted the good guy, just for once, to triumph over the bad guy. They wanted the swaggering, braying bully to get his come-uppance. They prayed for the nice guy, lying there on the canvas, trapped in a double-finger interlock or clutching his kidneys in agony, not to submit. If only he could hold out just a bit longer, bear the pain, last the course. If only he did these things, chances were, wrestling being what it was, that he would triumph. It was only a qualified victory, however. You'd see the winner, exhausted, barely able to wave to the crowd. The triumph was mainly one of survival.

As Diesel Particulate Filter is a device to trap the diesel particulate (PM), it is necessary that the accumulated PM is burned and diesel particulate filter regenerated.
There are three ways to regenerate diesel particulate filter.
“Natural regeneration” by catalysis and exhaust gas temperature
“Forced regeneration” by post-injection
“After-sales regeneration” by using XXX scan tool.

It will take about 20 minutes to complete the regeneration if the regeneration driving is performed properly. During the regeneration driving, “Forced regeneration” will go simultaneously to hasten the increase of exhaust gas temperature and shorten the time of regeneration.
When the engine stops before diesel particulate filter warning light is turned OFF, PM mass that should be decreased will be calculated at starting the engine next time. At that time, if PM mass does not fall to the specified amount, diesel particulate filter warning light will come on again and the vehicle continue to ask the driver for regeneration driving.

Il filtro antiparticolato diesel è un dispositivo che serve ad intrappolare il particolato (PM) prodotto dai motori diesel, il quale, in occasione della rigenerazione del filtro, viene bruciato.
Esistono tre tipologie di rigenerazione del filtro antiparticolato diesel:
“rigenerazione naturale” mediante catalisi e temperature dei gas di scarico;
“rigenerazione forzata” mediante post iniezione;
“rigenerazione comandata” mediante impiego dello strumento di diagnosi XXX.

Il processo completo di rigenerazione dura all’incirca 20 minuti purché la marcia del veicolo proceda secondo le condizioni necessarie. Durante questa marcia, la “rigenerazione forzata” alzerà la temperatura dei gas di scarico in minor tempo e, contemporaneamente, ridurrà la durata della rigenerazione. Se il motore si arresta prima dello spegnimento della spia filtro antiparticolato diesel, la massa di PM da sottrarre viene calcolata al successivo avviamento. In quell’occasione, se la massa di PM non scende alla quantità corretta, la spia filtro antiparticolato diesel si riaccende e il conducente verrà nuovamente invitato a marciare in maniera tale da favorire la rigenerazione.

sets, robotics, and much more.
I'm accurate, reliable and expert - I don't accept
jobs which are not among my specialities.
My interpretation job helps me to understand all the
procedures, the car systems and the workshop tools which I find in the manuals
I translate.
