Source text - Bulgarian СИСТЕМА ЗА ДОЗИМЕТРИЧНО ПЛАНИРАНЕ DIPS 2006
DIPS 2006 e оригинална, изцяло българска, система за дозиметрично планиране. Разработена е специално за руските телегаматерапевтични уредби (ТГТУ) РОКУС- М. Чрез системата DIPS 2006 може да се извършва дозиметрично планиране при многополево облъчване на пациенти в една равнина със значителна точност.
Системата е въведена в експлоатация в „XXXXXX” ЕООД през 2006 година след тримесечно тестване в реални условия. Проведените изпитвания и проверки на системата за дозиметрично планиране показват, че са изпълнени всички критерии за подобни системи, заложени в Наредба №30/2005 г. на МЗ.
Основния акцент в настоящето изложение е структурата и принципа на действие на системата, както и алгоритъма за изчисляване на погълнатата доза.
І. Общи сведения за дозиметричната планираща система
1. Предназначение и особености:
• Предназначена е за компютърно анатомо-топографско и дозиметрично планиране на пациенти подлежащи на лъчелечение чрез телегаматерапия ;
• Разработена е специално за апарати за ТГТ “Рокус”;
• Работи с всякакви оразмерени (мащабирани) изображения;
• Изчислява дозата в над 500 000 точки от зададената област;
• Извършва компенсации за разпространение на лъчението в различни среди.
ІІ. Конфигурация на системата
Системата DIPS 2006 се състои от минимум две работни станции – една за анатомо-топографско планиране и една за дозиметрично планиране. Въвеждането на изображенията в системата се извършва с настолен РС скенер, а резултата от дозиметричното планиране се оформя с лазерен принтер – А3.
Translation - English SYSTEM FOR RADIOTHERAPY TREATMENT PLANNING DIPS 2006
DIPS 2006 is original and entirely Bulgarian system for dosimetric planning. It is developed specially for the Russian telegama therapeutic (TGTI ) installations ROKUS - M. Using the system DIPS 2006 a dosimetric planning could be carried out for a multifield X-ray treatment of patients in one level with considerable precision.
The system was put into operation at "CDRPLIROC - Vratsa” LTD during 2006 after three months of testing it in real conditions. The carried out tests and checks of the system for dosimetric planning show that all criteria for similar systems described in Ordinance №30/2005 of the Ministry of Health have been fulfilled
The basic accent in the current article is the structure and the principle of operation of the system, as well as the algorithm for the calculation of the algorithm of the absorbed dose.
І. General data for the dosimetric planning system
1. Function and Special features:
• It is designed for a computer atomic-topographic and dosimetric planning of patients eligible for radiotherapy through telegama therapy;
• It is developed specialy for apparatuses "TGTI" Rokus"
• It works with all marked out (scaled) images.
• It calculates the dose for more than 500 000 points from the given region;
• It carries out compensations for the diffusion of the radiation in different environments.
ІІ. Configuration of the system
The system DIPS 2006 consists of minimum two work stations - one for anatomic-topographic planning and one for dosimetric planning. The induction of the images in the system is done by using a PC scanner and the result from the dosimetric planning is formed with a laser printer – AZ.
English to Bulgarian: Technical note on cleaning and disinfection
Source text - English It is all important to emphasize that the most critical step in cleaning/disinfection is cleaning. It is impossible to disinfect or even terminally sterilize an inadequately cleaned instrument. Protein debris can become fixed and induce biofilm on the biopsy channel of the scope, if the manual cleaning, brushing, and rinsing step are not properly carried out. In short, all disinfection processes, whether done manually or by washer-disinfector, should be performed only after proper cleaning.

Не е възможно да се дезинфектира или дори да се стерилизира неадекватно почистен инструмент. Протеиновите остатъци могат да станат постоянни и да образуват биослой на канала за биопсия на скопа, ако ръчното почистване, изчеткване и изплакване не са извършени както трябва. Накратко, всички дезинфекционни процеси, независимо дали се вършат ръчно или чрез дезинфектор, трябва да бъдат извършени след правилно почистване
