Source text - German Anerkennung der führenden Rolle des Bausektors in der europäischen Wirtschaft
Als Antwort auf die Anfrage mehrerer Sektoren der Bauwirtschaft, einschließlich der Betonfertigteilhersteller über den BIBM, machte der Vize-Präsident der Europäischen Kommission, Antonio Tajani, diesen Sommer die Sicht der Kommission auf die Rolle des Bausektors in der europäische Wirtschaft deutlich. In dieser Mitteilung werden die europäischen Entwicklungen (Zugang zu den finanziellen Mitteln, nachhaltige und lokale Arbeitsplätze, Energieeffizienz) innerhalb des Bausektors beschrieben und die Bemühungen, bestehende Strategien und Initiativen zu koordinieren.
Am 31. Juli 2012 veröffentlichte die Europäische Kommission das langersehnte Papier über die „Strategie für nachhaltige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Bausektors und seiner Unternehmen“ (der ungekürzte Text kann unter http://ec.europa.eu eingesehen werden). Die Untersuchung wurde 2010 von der Generaldirektion “Unternehmen und Industrie”, Bereich G5 „Baugewerbe, Druck- und Gasgeräte“ mit dem Ziel initiiert, einen Überblick über die aktuelle Lage des Sektors zu bekommen und die wichtigsten Herausforderungen für Bauunternehmen zu ermitteln. Auf diesem Weg wird, im Rahmen der Agenda für intelligentes Wachstum 2020, ein überarbeitetes Programm gestartet zur Wettbewerbsförderung für den Bausektor in der EU.

BIBM’e bağlı prekast beton üreticileri dahil olmak üzere, inşaat sanayi içinde bulunan birden çok sektörün sorusuna cevaben Avrupa Komisyonu’nun başkan yardımcısı olan Antonio Tajani, komisyonun inşaat sektörünün Avrupa ekonomisindeki rolüne nasıl baktığını açık bir biçimde bu yaz belirtti. Verilen mesajda, inşaat sektörüne ait Avrupa’daki gelişmeler (finansal araçlara erişim, sürdürülebilir ve yerel işler, enerji verimliliği) ile birlikte mevcut strateji ve girişimleri koordine etmeye yönelik çabalar açıklandı. Avrupa Komisyonu, 31 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde yayınlanması uzun süredir beklenen “İnşaat sektöründe ve sektöre ait firmalarda sürdürülebilir rekabet özelliğinin sağlanmasına yönelik strateji” (metnin tam haline http://ec.europa.eu adresinden erişilebilir) adlı makaleyi yayınladı. Araştırma, “Firma ve Sanayi” Genel Müdürlüğü, “İnşaat Sanayi, Basınçlı ve Gazlı Cihazlar” adlı G5 Bölümü tarafından 2010 yılında sektöre genel bir bakış sunma ve inşaat firmalarının önündeki en önemli sorunları belirleme amacıyla başlatılmıştı. Bu şekilde, 2020 hedefli akıllı büyüme gündemi çerçevesinde AB içinde bulunan inşaat sektöründeki rekabetin desteklenmesine yönelik üzerinde oldukça fazla çalışılmış bir program başlatılmaktadır.

Cryotherapy – treatment using low temperatures – is not a new technique. Many players are on the market and competition is heavy. Roughly spoken, the market is separated between contact cryotherapy devices like the Kryotur 600 and devices blowing cold air on the zone to be treated. Within this last group of airflow devices one part is using, expensive rechargeable gas cylinders, others like our Cryoflow use free cooled down surrounding air! The main disadvantage of both last techniques is that temperature at the outcome of the hose can be measured, but never the temperature that really matters; the one of the treated zone itself. That’s why we’ve turned all our expertise to the development of an intelligent hand piece on our Cryoflow device, not only measuring the temperature on the treated zone, but adjusting this airflow automatically in accordance with the temperature reached on the skin. This enables the therapist to setup his treatment very easily; He puts the patient in a comfortable position, positions the treatment head on the required area, fixes the temperature and from then on the Cryoflow IR will automatically adept its airflow in order to reach it continuously.
