"Par roulement" me semble léger. Je pense qu'il serait bon d'expliciter un peu. Je vous ai fait une proposition.

Je n'ai pas plus d'informations, c'est pour traduire une lettre alors je ne sais pas comment traduire, si je mets "Je travaille par roulement" est ce clair? Merci infiniment d'avance.
