Si tu cherches sur google, "glossaire d'oenologie", tu retrouveras ce terme à plusieurs reprises.
Je pense qu'il s'agit de l'acidité volatile. Quant au "R" je n'ai rien trouvé le concernant.

A.V.R correspond A V C c\'est-à-dire \"acidité volatile corrigée\" (qui doit être en espagnol revisada?
Je pense qu'il s'agit de l'acidité volatile. Quant au "R" je n'ai rien trouvé le concernant.
