On diploma
This is at the bottom of a diploma from Leiden University. This is what it states:
Lugduni Batavorum
duumviri delegati
And next to that is the date.
And further below that, the signatures of the President and Secretary.
It appears that the Dutch equivalent on the other side says the following: "te Leiden namens de commissie"
Thanks for your help.

Then why do you give me less kudoz? I attach the dictionary link too, maybe u resent those who gave u less kudoz but that was not my fault, I won't waste my time again answering stingy people.

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "Sounds like a good solution, thanks!"
Discussion
Don't be so upset about one point, life goes on.
As you can see in the rules (http://www.proz.com/faq/2893#2893), 3 points are given when "Answer was acceptable, explanation was good, but reference was lacking."
If you choose not to answer in the future, that is fine. We on ProZ.com are here to help others, not criticize or complain. I can't help you if you want to insult people. Hopefully you get over it soon.
And thanks for your help. If you want full points next time, a little more research is required to show this term used in English in similar context, etc. A dictionary is one thing; examples of usage are another, and that is what merits the 4 points.
I hope you understand.
