Можливо, "додаткова інформація по угоді" або щось подібне.
Тобто attention details - це назва пункту, куди вписується інформація, такий самий, як телефон, факс і т.п.
"for notices of the New Lender" - та сама інформація.
"for the purposes of the Agreement are set out inthe Schedule" - мета, з якою ця інформація вимагається.
