Hace años, las compañías de teléfono competían para proveer servicios de larga distancia. A Sprint le llamaban "the canary" y a AT&T "the blue potato" (me imagino que por el logo que parece una gran papa azul). Sin más contexto no se si a esto se refiera. Suerte.
