The behavioral health organization (BHO) rates for mental health services are set for the State by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) and many contracts are renewed.
This year the Stated of Colroad also has teh task of renewing the Wiver under which the behavioral helath capitation program operates. This Waiver is submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Federal agency that overseas Medicaid programs in all 50 states.
