English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

1. Product Integrity. BDC shall not modify the Products, the Product labeling or change the intended Product use in anyway.

2. Product Records. BDC shall maintain all records regarding sales, installed base and traceability of Products as required by applicable law in the Territory and as may be required to effectively carry out field corrective actions in the Territory.
