13. Demonstration Equipment. BDC shall purchase sufficient demonstration units, as agreed by the Parties and set forth in Schedule 2 as applicable, for demonstration and trial purposes in the Territory. Both Parties acknowledge that BDC purchases and has title to any Product purchased from STK and may at its discretion sell same at any price to facilitate price-sensitive sales provided that demonstration equipment may not be sold as new, cannot be sold with a manufacturer's warranty, and must meet all necessary regulatory standards and specifications if offered forsake.
