¿De quién son esas actitudes? ¿De Ludmila o de las madres? ¿Quién se preocupaba por tardanzas? (Han enviado a Mayordomo a buscar a la hija de Ludmila, pero tarda mucho en llegar).

Preocuparse con tardanzas es un deber de las madres, luego, ser indigno una cosa de esas es una actitud displicente

De acuerdo con Pablo Aparte de que, a mi entender, una persona no puede tener varias actitudes (o quizá sí, pero me suena raro), de modo que si se refiriera a Ludmila, la frase no estaría en plural sino que diría "su actitud displicente".

de las madres, en otro caso sería -sugirió por su- y no -sugirieron por sus-. Y la sintaxis sería imposible tal y como comienza la frase.

Las madres también podrían haberse preocupado por tardanzas, pero lo consideraban indigno

Creo que las actitudes displicentes eran de las madres que, precisamente por esa displicencia, demostraban que no estaban preocupadas por el retraso.
