Dear Sirs,
As a customer of xxxxx, we understand that transfer, export or re-export of certain computer hardware, software, services and/or Computer Networking products are governed by United States and other foreign import/export regulations.
with regards to the same we hereby certify and agree the following:
1. We are aware that certain Computer Networking Products contain encryption and that such items are subject to U.S. and foreign import/export controls.
2. We shall abide by all applicable import/export laws and regulations both U.S. and foreign with respect to the Computer Networking Products, Licenses and Services purchased from xxxxx. Without limiting the foregoing, it/they shall not engage in any resale/export/transfer of Computer Networking Products, Licenses and Services purchased from xxxxxxxxxxxx classified as a "restricted" encryption item under the "ENC" licence exception (US export Admin. Regulations(EAR) Sec. 740.17(see http://www.access.qpo.gov/bis/ear/ear data.html) to any government end user outside the countries listed in EAR Part 740 Supp. 3 (Currently , Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States) without licence approval from the U.S. department of Commerce, Bureau of Export Administration.
