There are other possbile meanings, IT related, e.g., when migrating to a new application (e.g. a new browser, a new version of the same browser, or a new version of an application) you may have the option of importing the settings and other things (e.g. bookmarks, etc) that you've already exported from the old application.

Need contex and text In programming languages, importing and exporting could have specialized meaning, e.g., using identifiers, functions, etc existing in one module in another module. You need to be more specific, and preferably, provide the text you're translating which contains the terms.
