When you ask for your student transcripts you usually contact the registrar's office at most U.S. universities.

General Coordinator of Student Services and Academic Administration

This sounds like an office title made up by whatever specific university is issuing the transcript. The US equivalent would be a registrar's office or maybe the office of student services, but I would just go with a direct translation of this fancy sounding office title. They made it up in Spanish, so it it can also sound made up in English.
