Redundanz Ja, Johanna, das scheint so zu sein (vielleicht auch eine "Zusammenziehung" von "under" und "pursuant to", die sich inzwischen verselbstständigt hat). Dennoch im Englischen eine völlig unnötige Redundanz, da bereits "under" absolut dasselbe aussagt.
